Who this notice covers
This notice concerns quote and booking enquiries made to Grace Cleaning Services. For privacy requests, use the enquiry route on our Contact page and mark the message “Privacy”. The business operator’s legal identity and direct privacy contact must be confirmed before public launch.
What we collect and why
We request your name, email, phone number, town, suburb, preferred date, cleaning requirements and any details you choose to provide. We use these to respond, assess local availability, prepare a quote and arrange a service you accept. Please do not include ID numbers, payment details, medical information or alarm codes.
When information is sent
Typing into the form does not send your details. Selecting “Request my quote” submits them to our website for delivery to the booking inbox. A success message means the request was accepted for email delivery, not that a booking is confirmed. If submission fails, you may save a text copy locally; saving a file does not send a request.
Who may receive it
Authorised booking staff, hosting and email providers may process the information to deliver and manage your request. A cleaning team receives only the relevant details needed to fulfil an agreed visit. We do not sell enquiry information or use the form as a marketing sign-up. Provider locations and any cross-border safeguards must be recorded by the operator before launch.
Security and retention
The website uses a short-lived, essential session cookie for secure submission and abuse prevention. Security checks may use a temporary pseudonymous network identifier; no advertising or analytics cookies are installed by this package. Hosting providers may keep access logs under their own retention settings.
Enquiries are delivered by email and retained only as needed for follow-up, service delivery or applicable legal obligations. The operator must document and apply inbox, backup and log deletion periods; this website does not automatically delete emails.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access or correct your information, object to processing where applicable, or request deletion subject to lawful retention obligations. Withdrawing permission for future contact does not affect processing already lawfully completed. You can also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
Children and policy changes
Requests should be submitted by an adult authorised to arrange the clean. We may update this notice when our practices change; the current version will be published here.
