Yes. The small-home size shown on our cards explains the starting price, not the largest home we can clean. Choose 3–4, 5–6 or 7+ bedrooms in the booking form and tell us how many bathrooms need cleaning. If you have 1–2 bedrooms but extra bathrooms or more floor space, choose that option. Your chosen cleaning tasks stay included; we agree the team size, visit length and full price for your home after checking its size and condition. Larger-home monthly plans are quoted on the same basis. The starting one-cleaner, five-hour allowance is not applied to every house.
The Happy Home covers accessible surfaces, kitchen worktops and appliance exteriors, bathroom fixtures, mirrors, dusting, vacuuming, mopping and bins. It is a maintenance clean for a home in a reasonable condition. Up to 30 minutes of ironing is included within the routine 5-hour visit, using your safe iron and board. Extra ironing time, laundry washing, appliance interiors and specialist work are separate.
Standard cleaning products, normal equipment and local travel within the confirmed service area are included in every package. For ironing, provide a safe iron and board. Water and electricity must be available. Specialist machinery or unusual access is quoted in advance.
